This scholarship is awarded annually for qualified tuition and related expenses. This scholarship is available to any of the following: 

• Graduating seniors or graduates from the following high schools: Ritzville, Washtucna, Lind, LaCrosse, Kahlotus, Connell, Odessa and Christian Heritage.
• Homeschooled seniors or homeschooled graduates from the following high school districts: Ritzville, Washtucna, Lind, LaCrosse, Kahlotus, Connell, Odessa and Christian Heritage.
• Graduating seniors or graduates from any other high school in Washington State who are members or descendants of members of either the Ralston or Rimrock Granges, or homeschooled seniors or graduates in Washington State who are members or descendants of members of either the Ralston or Rimrock Granges.
• Previous Ray Scholarship recipients maintaining a 3.2 college GPA and continuing to be enrolled as full-time students.

Preference will be given to students who participated in advanced placement/college credit programs during high school, students who are pursuing education in medical or medical-related fields and those with limited financial assistance from other sources.

Applications can be submitted beginning December 1. The deadline for this application is April 1.
