Lucille I. Hudon ScholarshipApplicants must be entering their first year of post-secondary education, have maintained a 3.0 GPA (or its equivalent) in the last two years of secondary education, and have resided for two years in one of the following counties: Spokane, Lincoln, Pend Oreille, Stevens or Whitman counties in Washington, or Kootenai, Shoshone, Bonner or Boundary counties in Idaho. Application is made through Scholarship America between December 1 and March 1.
David L. & Frances G. Ray ScholarshipThis scholarship is available to any of the following: 1. Graduating seniors or graduates from the following high school districts: Ritzville, Washtucna, Lind, Lacrosse, Kahlotus, Connell, Odessa and Christian Heritage. 2. Home schooled seniors or graduates in this area. 3. Seniors or graduates from any other high school in Washington State who are members or descendants of members of either the Ralston or Rimrock granges, or homeschooled seniors or graduates in Washington State who are members or descendants of members of either the Ralston or Rimrock granges. Previous Ray Scholarship recipients may reapply. Applicants must be high school seniors or graduates who demonstrate academic excellence and good citizenship. Preference will be given to students who participated in advanced placement/college credit programs during high school, students who are pursuing education in medical or medical-related fields and those with limited financial assistance from other sources. Previous Ray scholarship recipients who maintain a 3.2 college GPA (4.0 scale) may reapply to the program. William & Flossie Sanborn ScholarshipApplicants must be high school seniors or graduates of Sprague High School, Sprague, Washington, who intend to pursue a college major in the humanities or social sciences. Recipients may reapply in subsequent years. Note that the applicant appraisal section of the application must be completed by the high school principal for applicants who are high school seniors. Apply online December 1 - March 1. Wilson Farm/Mondovi Grange ScholarshipApplicants must be high school seniors or graduates of Lincoln County, Washington schools, or from that part of Spokane County in the Reardan-Edwall School District, or a direct descendant of someone previously employed by Dale D. Wilson regardless of their current residence location. Preference will be given to descendants of Dale D. Wilson's employees and to those in the Mondovi Grange area (Reardan-Edwall and Davenport school districts). Recipients may reapply in subsequent years. Application is made through the INWCF website December 1 - March 1. |
