Gary L. Carrow Memorial Scholarship

Friends and relatives of Gary L. Carrow established the Gary Carrow Memorial Scholarship to assist graduating high school seniors active in the instrumental music program at University High School in Spokane, Washington. This fund is awarded for educational expenses upon entering college.
