The Joy-Hughes Scholarship is awarded annually for qualified tuition and related expenses. Applicants must be high school seniors or graduates of John R. Rogers High School in Spokane, Washington, who have demonstrated financial need and have maintained a GPA of 3.0 or higher through the seventh semester of high school.  Previous recipients may reapply. The deadline for this application is March 1.
