Academic achievement, financial need and community service are factors for selection. Apply online December 1 - March 1.
Ed Tsutakawa ScholarshipApplicants must be college students pursuing studies aimed at careers in international business or international trade who are from Eastern Washington or North Idaho or attending post-secondary educational institutions operating in Eastern Washington or North Idaho. Academic accomplishments and financial need are considered in selecting a scholarship recipient. Recipients are eligible to reapply in subsequent years. The deadline for this application is March 20.
