If you are a nonprofit organization that has received a donor-advised grant from INWCF, please note that the terms of this distribution require a written confirmation that the funds will be or have been used for the donor's intended purposes. This confirmation can be in the form of a letter; an email in which the e-mail address clearly identifies the grantee organization; or you can use the Donor-Advised Grant Report Form. Click below to download a copy of the report form. This written confirmation is due no later than one year from the date the grant was awarded.
